If you complete our event waiver, we also collect your digital signature. When you pay for a session, your payment is processed securely by Wix Payments, we never see or store your card details ourselves. We also collect some basic website usage data automatically through Wix's built-in analytics, so we can understand how people use the site.

We use your name and contact details to manage your booking and keep you updated about events, or to send you news if you've joined our waitlist or mailing list. We collect your signature to confirm you've agreed to our event terms and waiver before attending. Payment information is collected to process your booking and any refunds. Website usage data helps us understand how the site is used and where we can improve it.

Your data is stored securely via Wix's platform. We don't sell your personal data, and we only share it with third parties where it's necessary to run our events and process payments, for example, with Wix Payments.
